FitCamp FAQ's

What should I bring to FitCamp? We recommend that you bring an exercise mat or towel to lay down on the ground when you are warming up and stretching. You should bring a bottle of water and clothes you can move in. (Dress in layers as the weather can be unpredictable and you will want to remove layers as you begin to warm-up). Make sure you have athletic shoes that are closed toed. 

What if I have never participated in an exercise program before? Will I be able to do it? Absolutely! When we say everyone is welcome at FitCamp we mean it. All ages and abilities will be able to achieve measurable results with our fun filled program. Each exercise is presented in various levels: beginner, intermediate or advanced. Find the level that works for you and work towards your own goals with caring, educated professional trainers to help guide you to push yourself to your own personal best. 

Can I try it out first? Of course you can. Your first visit to FitCamp is on us! We are so sure you will love your experience that we encourage you try it out first and bring your friends. 

Already a participant? Then you can bring guests with you for a one time free trial as well! 

Can FitCamp be available at my work? Yes! FitCamp is completely mobile. Give us the contact information for your company and we will work with them to bring FitCamp to your workplace. 

I have a relative visiting from out of state, can I bring them to FitCamp? Of course you can, their first visit is free. After that, the cost for drop-in's is $20 per class and can be given to the instructor at the site. 

What if it rains? FitCamp will run rain or shine.
